Billing

Monthly online plans are billed in advance on the same day each month. Yearly online plans are billed once, in advance, for the full year, at 20% less than twelve monthly payments. Print editions are billed once when you order, together with shipping. All prices are in US dollars, and tax is added where it applies.

Renewal

Online plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as chosen, until you cancel. A print edition ordered with one year of online access includes that year; online access then continues as a monthly subscription at $39 a month, charged to the card used for the order, unless you cancel before the year ends. If we change a price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date from Account, under Manage billing. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends.

No refunds

All payments are final. We do not give refunds or credits, in whole or in part, for any plan or order. This includes yearly plans paid in advance, unused time in a billing period, and print editions once ordered. If a print set arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it.

Firm plans

A firm plan covers up to five named readers in one firm. The purchaser adds and removes readers from Account. Each reader signs in with their own email address, and sign-ins may not be shared.

Print editions

Print sets are printed to order and usually ship within about two weeks. Shipping is $50 within the United States and $175 to other countries. Import duties and local taxes outside the United States are the recipient's responsibility.
